Day 10:

Today has been a beautiful rainy day. We started our morning with church.

We attended Bridgeway Community Church. At the end of the message the Pastor encouraged everyone to join him for lunch at Subway. He met the owners son and the son asked him to pray for their business because they weren’t doing well. As we left church there was a line of cars driving straight to Subway, must have been over 50 people in line to get food. They even had to call another store for more bread.“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7

After Subway we took Hailie to her college to get her student ID and parking pass. We even drove by her dorm. Stevenson is such a beautiful campus. I am truly excited for her.

The rest of the day, we pretty much just hung out, relaxed, talked, laughed and even worked out in the gym but never really speaking about what tomorrow brings.

Tomorrow we go in three different directions, Hailie to college, Manuel back to California and us back to our home in “The Journey.

Daniel and I did squeeze in a bike ride around camp after dinner. I forgot how I love bike riding. It was always so hot or windy in Ontario that I didn’t enjoy it.

By the way “Pink Flamingos” means you’re “Swingers”. I think we found our new friends. Just kidding, we don’t roll that way.

Well the night is ending and we have to be up early so please pray for this Mama and Papa’s heart, for Hailie’s first day on campus and safe travels for Manuel. He’s never flown and he’s flying alone. See you down the road.
