I’m telling you about “Our Winds of Change” because our winds are changing again. Today I’m flying to Maryland to join Hailie for a few days.
Hailie has been sick, she’s had three negative Covid tests, but they still want to move her to the Covid dorms. We don’t want her there for risk of getting Covid, so we’re going to stay at a hotel for a few days until she’s allowed back in camps. She has a cold and sinus infection. Could use prayers for healing.
Daniel and I have been together day and night for 30 days, so leaving him behind was very emotional. When you’re married, you are as one.
We had plans to go to a Lumberjack show, so I’m glad Daniel still went. It’s Timber Tina’s Great Maine Lumberjack Show, and, he said it was fun. They did Axe throwing, Log Rolling, Underhand Chopping, Power Hot Sawing, Obstacle Pole Relay, Crosscut Sawing and Pole Climbing.
Daniel said Lyla and Roxy are sitting by the door waiting for me. My poor babies are so confused.
